The evening of the Swing De Paris Band honors Katalin Karády and Django Reinhardt, who rarely heard in Hungary, but in a more exciting musical style commemorates the two still influential artists. Karády, like the founding master of jazz manouche, was born in 1910; she became queen of pre-war Hungarian films with her smoky voice and dramatic performance in the Sansons. At the unique concert, the iconic songs of Karády, with swings interpretation and authentic performances will be performed in an incredibly dynamic jazz manouche style based on improvisational guitar technology. Special processings combine the boundaries of the genres to create a new musical universe - and live in front of the audience, the Újszeged. The unique arrangement highlights the momentum and dynamism of the jazz manouche style, while preserving the emotional richness of songs. The outstanding members of the Swing De Paris Band are the singer, guitarist Ákos Tóth, the Hungarian pioneer of manouche jazz and swing, Vilmos Lakatos, one of the most virtuosic guitarist of Hungary, Denis Paselande French manouche jazz guitarist, renowned bass player, Péter Molnár and Dezső Balogh, one of the country's most versatile pianists, thanks to the virtuosity of the guitars, the rhythmic tumbling of the bass, the lyrical races of the piano make each song look new. The evening is enriched by star guests such as the Peter-winning diva Máté, Andrea Sulák, the beautiful-voiced Mari-winning actor, Eszter Ónodi and Bálint Gáier, the Duke of Swing, who conjure Django and his age in their own interpretations, and the famous songs: I am obsessed with you, Lila Acacias, Tree leaf, Long is the moment that passes without kissing you, I hate the wild-flowered meadow and similar hits bring to life the captivating legendary form of the Hungarian Femme Fatale.
